Your online drop ticket is handled by a professional customer service representative who will contact your client within 24-48 hours to complete the full insurance application over the phone. This call typically takes about 30 minutes on average but actual times may vary depending on the application. As part of our comprehensive support, the paramed exam is scheduled at your client’s convenience.

The completed application is then reviewed by our Underwriting Specialists who ensure that everything is in order. We’ll even keep you informed throughout the entire process and advise if there are any problems so you don’t lose touch with your business.

After the application is complete it is sent to your client for their review and signature. Signed applications are then submitted to the insurance carrier.
