Now that you’ve submitted the application, your client will be contacted to complete a phone interview. You can ensure a positive experience by preparing your client for the interview by asking them to have their medical history, prescriptions, and physician information ready for the interview.

Upon completion of the interview, the client will be asked to schedule their exam and labs. The carrier will order any required APS’.
